Women Retreat to find inner peace.

Women retreat from all walks of life searching for inner peace. I have been offering retreats in Sedona, Arizona, and Warner Springs for the last four years and have found a common thread with our guests. They are usually women within the age group of 25-65, and most feel hurried, somewhat over whelmed, and anxious. Enjoy these tools, that we offer to assist our guests to find inner peace.
I will be blogging this week adding tips to find inner peace, and recapture your passion for life. Most women find it hard to say no. So, my first tip is to set boundaries and say no when it is what you feel and it is appropriate. Saying no in the beginning may be hard, yet when you acquire the habit it will feel liberating.
The second tip is to reward yourself for the steps you take toward giving back to yourself. Many of our guests who come for our retreats have never been on a trip by themselves. They are very concerned about traveling alone, and even being alone for that matter. However, toward the end of their stay, they are glowing with renewed inner peace and vitality. Here is what one of our recent guests had to say about her special personal healing retreat.
Dear Retreat and Heal,
I would like to once again thank you for your kindness and hospitality Friday & Saturday. Harmony House was lovely. I really enjoyed gazine @ the stars on the deck on Friday evening and the tour on Saturday. It was just what the soul needed!
