You stay on premise and enjoy your spiritual spa session all at Harmony House. Enjoy journaling, eft, meditation, and life coaching, and journeys out to the vortex sites. Our intention is to keep your retreat focused and centrally located, with as little travel and thinking as possible.

Our womens retreats are filled with the magic of Sedona and include sessions on the land for our sacred ceremonies. Our healing spa thereapies include Reiki, Emotional Freedom Technique, Hypnotherapy, Shamanic Healing, Energy Medicine, Astrology readings and are all on site. This allows you to relax deeply and you only need to walk next door to your room. Our retreats provide space for relaxation, and introspection. In our world of running from event to event, and constant hurry, our retreats are a time to stop and reflect. In this reflective time, with guided tools, meditation and journaling, you are facilitated to reconnect to your spiritual essence.

1. Keep breathing and remember that you control your reaction to life. When you are surrounded with stress, learn to remove yourself and take a stress break. If you have access to nature, go outside in nature and sit under a tree. Breathe your stress away. You will find that when you return to work you will be more productive and your mood and outlook with be lifted. If you can't take a break outside then close your door and breathe. Close your eyes and imagine that you are in the most beautiful place in nature that you can remember. Imagine the sun filling your entire body with golden light and washing away the stress.

2. If you are in debt then face it head on. Take a look at your finances and look at ways to start living within your means. One of the first steps to take is to cut back on eating out. Pack a lunch and make sure it contains healthy veggies and fruits. Support your body, mind, and spirit with high quality foods and avoid refined fast foods.

3. Seek support and talk out your problems. Holding in problems creates more fear and creates more inner turmoil. This can be professional help through a coach, financial advisor, or a counselor. The key is to take action and realistically create a plan to move out of the situation. Avoidance will continue to create stress and depression eventually leading to illness.
